With the help of the serial number ranges on the website it is very easy to find the correct PCB.[...] I installed it in a few minutes and the machine is back to full working order. My advice to everyone reading this is never use a pressure washer to clean your eliptical as you'll screw up the circuit board...Duh.... what was I thinking.

I ordered a placement part for my HR9500 elliptical. The order process went very smoothly online. [...] However, the part did NOT work and I cannot return it. I have no way of knowing if the part is actually the correct part, since they all look alike.

SPORTSMITH Response: The model number and serial number will take you to the correct part number for the PCB. We do not know if the search was done with this information since the order was placed on the website. Also, it is posted on the website that electronics are non-returnable/non-refundable.
