Looked at two companies who made the clamps and they refer to dealers.They gave store sites and no product lists with which to buy. I found your site even though not a cycling outlet per say, but you had both items packaged for sale online.
They are a great combo and value! I bought two for both my road bikes. Nobody else has this for cycling. The front cage mount is becoming very popular. I'm sure they are good for stationary bikes and other gym equipment.

I have 40 LeMond RevMastes with loop handle bars. This clamp while it says one inch bar is listed in the Revmaster parts page so I ordered it. I think you should have a water bottle cage and clamp assembly for the loop handle bars listed.
