The bearing for this sprocket is installed with the writing on the "hub" side.
Comments about Right Drive Sprocket Assembly:
After some on-line research regarding right pedal drop on Stairmaster machines, I concluded this was probably my best bet for a fix. Someone on another site recommended replacing the whole drive assembly, but that would have cost over $200. This was low cost and did the trick. It's not too hard to install as long as you are meticulous (I rushed and had to reinstall after doing it incorrectly). Watch the thin washers during the install, they'll stick to the old drive and you may miss one. Also, be sure to keep track of right and left (and old and new). The installation instructions that came in the owner's manual were accurate.

Had a issue with the user Rt. pedal dropping....knew from experience that the clutch inside the sprocket was failing. Ordered both user Rt/Lt drive sprockets(figured if one failed the other can't be far behind) and received the parts within a few days...cracked the covers open and had the new sprockets installed in about 20min.
Haven't had an issue since...
