The manufacturer of the treadmill did a great job using a Baldor motor. When the brushes gave out Sportsmith had the replacement part. [...] exactly what was needed. Sportsmith has my business for all my exercise equipment needs.

My Landice 8700P - 10 years old - had irregular starts and an error code; repair person said brushes were bad and it needed a new motor. He stripped the caps over the brushes by using a screwdriver way too small, I had to use a screw extractor to remove the cap, replaced the brushes and caps, so far (10 days) - no problem. They charged $120. for stripping the cap and wanted $1400. to fix the treadmill. Brushes cost [$] - maybe I'll get a few more months out of this Landice
