Replacement pedal for certain Precor ellipticals will fit either right or left side. Pedal fits down over the stair arm and is bolted in place through the pre-drilled holes in the pedal and the side of the stair arm.

I used this to replace a foot on a Precor 546 V1. The only difference between the ordered part and the old part was that there are 6 holes on the bottom of old foot. This new foot does not have 6 holes, I don't think it matters that much but I think it is worth noting.
