All that matters is that the battery was an exact match to the OEM battery- it WAS! It arrived quickly & was in fact fully charged (yes,I checked with my DMM). It was very fairly priced, about 1/3 of what [@] has it for.....PLEASE.It was all my Cybex bike needed to bring it back to life. Before the failure, I did not know that the bike had a battery in it, as it always comes to life when you start pedalling. FIXED!!

Great price for a battery that works. Easy installation, only 2 screws. The negative contact tab was not the correct size. I had to cut it down some so the bike's electrical connector would slide over it.

I thought changing the battery was going to be a difficult task, but Sportsmith customer service was very helpful both in picking out the correct battery and tips on proper installation. I would most definitely purchase products from Sportsmith again.
