I had a challenging task -- to replace a pedal on an 11 year old Cybex recumbent bicycle. The screw attaching the original pedal to the crankshaft had simply sheared off. To make matters worse, our bike was manufactured under a Tectrix Bikemaster label but sold as a Cybex because the company went through some sort of corporate transition the week of our purchase (no joke). So just finding the correct pedal was not easy. I found the people I spoke to at Sportsmith to be very knowledgable and helpful.
