Grips were just right. Didn't use plugs because the old plugs wouldn't come off the Airdyne. Just an FYI - used sandpaper on end of Airdyne bars because they were rusted from sweat, then put a drop of mineral oil on the metal which also helped the grips slide on. Worked great.

The best way to install them is to drip them in water for a few minutes and then slide them on.
