This was a replacement knob for my airdyne that my son lost. I ordered it online and received it the very next day. I had really been missing the workouts so the quick deliver was very much appreciated. I sent an email to another site before coming across your site. They didn't respond for about 9 days and then said I would need to call them to discuss it.
