Needed these to replace a broken strap on my Schwinn Exercise Bike. They work well, but I was unable to install them until I figured out that the thing to do was to heat the hole slightly by using a lighter flame. Once the rubber is softened, they went on with no problem.

These replace the missing pedal straps on a Schwinn DX900 exercise bike I inherited. They do the job fine and make the bike usable. The only trouble is that they are such a small part that shipping becomes a significant part of the cost, but c'est la vie.

Because of shipping costs I bought 2 pairs in hope they would fit the schwinn 220 but they don't so I really cannot give a review. I would like to be notified if you start carrying the straps for the 220 because right now I have to buy 2 full pedals.

SPORTSMITH Response: You could try warming the straps with a hair dryer to make them more pliable. Those are the correct straps for this bike.

Used them to replace straps on a Schwinn 213i and they fit perfectly, I actually prefer them to the originals because they are longer and shoes of any size fit better.
