It was a bit strange at first, not like a reg. straight bar. But it's not near as bulky and is very smooth in all the excercises that I use it for. Great bar!

Cable curls, standing pulldowns, close grip lowrows. It doesn't matter, because this bar can handle it all. Once again, a superb piece of equipment for the best price around!
