The palm guard grip is a good tool for male gymnasts working on the rings, hi-bar and parallel bars and female gymnasts working on basic uneven bar skills.

Comments about Palm Guard Grip, Size 4, Fits 4" and Up, Pair:
The only problem I had with these grips were the finger holes being really small. I ordered the largest size available and my fingers still didn't fit in the holes. It was a quick fix following the manufacturer's recommendation. I used my dremel tool's sanding wheel and enlarged the holes. Problem solved and my palms no longer blister doing pull-ups.
