I bought these stack pins to go in a Life Fitess 3-stack gym. They use 10lb plates that require a pin with a notch. These pins were 1/2" too long and the notch rubs a little as it turns into the plate. I ended up cutting the extra 1/2" off and grinding down the end to make it fit. I could of ground off a millimeter or two off of the top notch to help it rotate better inside the plate. It doesn't work in the Life Fitness/Parabody 10lb plates.
