Comments about Wrist Weights, 1Lb Pair:
Good product for a great price. I'm a sport specific personal trainer and I use the wrist weight combined with SAQ drill to challenge coordination and increase core strength. Compared to other brands' wrist weights, this is a great buy at almost equal quality, yet half the price! Better than Reebok or other fitness brands. In shape, form, and fit, this product is closest to the Nike wrist weight, but wears out faster and the sewing work is not a tight. Still a great investment.
