this is a very good mat. It's thick and it cushions my knees well during group fitness classes. I purchased this mat about 2 months ago and it's still looks new.

I am useing this exercise mat for some yoga exercises and also general exercises. It doesn't move around when I am on it and provides the kind of comfort I was looking for when I exercise. I turn it upside down because I roll it up when I store it and it straightens out to my satisfaction. I could hang it up to store but haven't figured out where I want to hang it yet!
