Stability balls are easy-to-use, highly effective accessories for core conditioning, balance training and spinal stabilization as well as weight training and physical therapy. 65cm or 26� height from floor is sized for users 5�7� � 5�11� � when seated on the ball with feet flat on the floor, knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle with hips at knee level and thighs parallel to the floor. Features a durable, burst-resistant shell. For commercial or home use. Deflates slowly when punctured.
WARNING: DO NOT USE OVER INFLATED
Stability balls should be inflated with a manual pump, kept away from sharp objects and used on a FLAT and SMOOTH surface only. Plug removal should only be done using a stability ball plug removal tool.
Ball will support up to 350lbs, however, the ball will deflate slowly when properly inflated and under a weight of 175lbs with a 1/8� puncture. Proper inflation requires ball to be inflated 10cm bigger than specified size and then deflated to specified size.
Does not contain Latex.
Pump and other related products are additional and not included with the stability ball.

Air them out before you plan to use because they smell really bad. Plan on adding air several times and use a heavy duty air pump, electric.

I found out about this stability ball at my health club. Members were always using them, so I decided to give it a try. The texture on this ball allows for those inexperienced with a stability ball to feel secure. Doing crunches on this ball is so easy compared to lying on the floor or using a mat. I plan on getting one for my home and my workplace already wants to order more. Excellent product!
Packaged arrived quickly and the set-up was very easy.

The picture said it was red but it is a hot pink and when held up to all our other red balls, now we have one that doesn't match. Bummer. It is such a pain to have to pay postage again to get the right red ball that I am just sucking it up and keeping it but would rather have had red.

This balls work good. They don't seem to lose air like others I have purchased from different companies in the past. It works well on carpet or hardwood floors. The ball material feels a little sticky but I believe that keeps it from slipping on the floor and also keeps you from slipping off the ball.
