Although the price was great and the product is well made several of my clients were not very comfortable doing any exercises that required sitting or lying on the product. It was just a bit narrow both directions. I purchased the step for a client who was not comfortable with the stepping distance and height of a BOSU. This step was good for her.

Found this ideal item at the gym, my personal trainer kicked my butt on it, I just had to get one for home. Much prefer this over the other "popular" round one! size is great, love the handles, glad it had the website written on it or I wouldn't have found it! love it!

I received this product sbout 1 month ago and started using it with patients the very first day. I have had patients order thier own already.

I use it for balance and proprioception for many of my home care patients and its easy to transport between them.

I use it myself regularly, and my 3 kids ages 13, 4 and 2 play on it all the time.

It's a great value for the money and is constructed very sturdily.
