I was introduced to these in the Iyengar Yoga class I attend, and found them so effective, I ordered my own for home use. At age 60, I am always happy to find something that helps my body prepare to be stronger and better prepared in the last third of my life. I walk daily and am a beginning climber, too. Balance and strength are vital for all I do. Also, I wear orthotics so anything I can do to strengthen my foot structures is great.
