I found it impossible to put my feet into the foot straps in a kneeling position as the wheel is large and a bit heavy. So I sat on my butt and put my feet in the straps, but then it was very difficult to turn around to work my abs. I am only 5.1, so maybe someone much taller would be able to operate this device better than I could.
