The products i ordered from you were fine. However, i was very disappointed with the outcome. i ordered mouthwash holder and cups. Had no idea that i had to order the hanging plate separately [...] that was not clear when placing my initial order.
SPORTSMITH Response: Checking our website, it does state that the mounting hardware is sold seperately in the description of the dispenser. It also has the Mounting Plate as a related item on the screen with the dispenser.
